Team and Individuals Registration Process

Team Entry – A captain/organiser registers the team into the league the team would like to play in. Choosing the night and division that you wish to play in (e.g.Regents Park Tuesday Mixed) and pays the deposit to secure the teams place in the league. They then collect the fees from all players. Remembering that the remaining and full league fee is due before the league begins.
If you and a couple of friends don’t have enough players for a full team but want to play together, email the office with a list of your names, and we’ll be sure to put you all on the same team!
Individual/Group Entry – You’ll be placed in an existing team or a new team of individuals. (Remember many new members join to like this, not knowing anyone else!). Only once you are placed into a team will we request your individual player registration fee.
Full payment is needed in advance for all leagues rather than weekly payments. This ensures all teams are committed to playing every week.
The full league details will be sent approximately 1 week before the league starts.
Team registration process

STEP 2: Choose the night and league you’d like to play in
STEP 3: Pay the deposit to secure the team’s place in the league
STEP 4: Add all your players to the team list. This allows them to receive weekly fixtures and for insurance purposes.
You can add as many players to your team as you wish. Team entry is quite a lot cheaper per player when joining as a team than joining as individuals. The average team consists of 10-12 players, and the recommended number of ladies in a mixed squad is between 4 to 6.
Re-register an existing team into a new league
To make it easier for you, you can enter your existing team into any new league, allowing the team to take advantage of the team loyalty discounts that are on offer. All you need to do is log into your O2 Touch account, click on MY TEAMS and then Re-Register the team for a new league or season.
I’m an individual, or there are a group of friends looking to join a league
Whether you are an individual or a couple of friends looking to sign up and play Touch in London. For over a decade, our team have paired groups, placed individuals in existing teams, and even created teams from individuals wanting to get involved.
Firstly, every person wanting to play must sign up by filling out the Individual Player Registration Form. We will then receive your information, contact you for more details, if needed and start the process of getting you into a team.
Individual/Group registration process
STEP 1: Sign up as an individual and chose the venues you’d be able to play at.
STEP 2: Once received, read the Player Introductory email, which will provide you with details of the upcoming leagues & events available at your chosen venue.
STEP 3: After reading through the Player Introductory Email. Confirm via email that you want to play, and we’ll then begin to assign you to a team.
STEP 4: Once assigned to a team, you will be asked to pay the full Individual Registration Fee to confirm your place. The payment must be made asap and before the league begins.
STEP 5: Enjoy the league while getting to know your new teammates.
