🏉 Ready to embrace Indoor Touch Rugby?
Our next Active Touch season is just around the corner! If you’re curious about how it works, here’s the lowdown:
🤩 All you need is a team of 4 (on pitch), a ball, and access to an indoor space. And we have all of that on our next Active Touch Season!
The game starts with a tap on the ground, and you’ve got 3 touches before a turnover. Pass in any direction, move strategically, and aim to score by getting the ball into a designated scoring zone.
Keep playing until the ball hits the ground or a try is scored. Just like in traditional Touch Rugby, expect interceptions and enjoy unlimited substitutions
🙌 Active Touch hones essential skills like passing, vision, and agility. It’s a sport for all abilities and ages, perfect for staying active and making friends during the colder months
Our next season kicks off on October 5th, spanning 7 exciting weeks at Wandle Recreation Center, conveniently close to Wandsworth Town Station

🏉 Some rules in Touch Rugby change because the game keeps evolving!
If you're diving into the world of Touch Rugby for the first time or simply fancy a rules refresher, look no further!
Here's your go-to guide:
🎯 Games stretch to 40 minutes, except in our Late Summer, Autumn, and Early Spring In2Touch leagues, where they're set at 30 minutes.
🙋♀️ For mixed, women's, or men's leagues, field 6 players with a squad limit of 14.
👐 Enjoy 6 touches per set with no minimum passes.
🏉 Action ignites with a tap-off from the center for both initial and restart plays.
🏃♂️ Defenders keep a 7-meter distance or risk being offside as per the referee's call.
⚽️ A drop ball results in a turnover, even if it's your first touch.
And now, the DON'TS:
🚫 Kicking during play? Not in Touch!
🚫 The dummy half is off-limits for scoring or being touched.
