In2Touch Summer League Re-Cap
The weather might not have been up to the same standard as last summer, but the touch rugby certainly was!
Teams came out in full force over the 8-week season at our 7 London Venues as well as at our venues up North in New Castle and Edinburgh.
At the very core of In2Touchs’ ethos is bringing like-minded people together to have fun and be active! Our staff did just this and we hope our players enjoyed it just as much.
With over 300 teams coming together across our multiple touch venues, this summer was a big one! We had a mixture between elite players and beginners come together for the purpose of playing social sport after work or at the weekends with a few drinks with team mates afterwards. No better way to spend an evening!
Our summer leagues are 8-weeks long and team register to play on a specific night each week (or more than that if you’re feeling fit!). This year, the season started on the w/c 26th/06 and finals being played over the week of 14/08-18/08 (and a few the week after). Finals nights are always a highlight and this season the prizes were a little different!! Since recently going into partnership with the Livelihood Pub Group, the winning teams got vouchers to spend at any of the Livelihood pubs to celebrate with their team!
Earning winnings in your social league??? That’s right! In2Touch league winners get £50 to spend at any Livelihood Pub as well as 1 x free drink per teammate.

- Clapham Common : Saturday and Sunday
- Chiswick RFC : Monday
- Tooting Bec Athletics Track : Wednesday
- Indoor Touch/Active touch at the Handle Recreation Center : Thursday
